Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all-round HR operations, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, staff orientation & activities etc.

  • Handle Payroll administration, MPF contribution, Tax Return statements and Insurance administration etc.

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliance with all statutory requirements.

  • Responsible for general office administrative and operations.

  • Manage stationery, office equipment, consumables and logistics.

  • To maintain Admin and HR records professionally and systematically.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


Requirements :

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

  • 3 years+ solid working experience in HR & Administration.

  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other employment-related legislation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) & Chinese Word processing.

  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
