Job Description
Responsibilities:
Administration of IT services, including desktops, laptops, network connectivity, cloud services, security services and other software systems.
Conducting regular backups to specific company information such as CRM data and share drives, monitoring the backup status in a regular basis.
Maintain the daily operation of UiPath RPA robot.
Assisting and supporting company-wide IT projects including company website revamp, email security enhancement, cloud migration project, etc.
Providing technical support to colleagues.
Other tasks as required by Managers.
Requirements:
High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
1-year of experience in IT support / helpdesk related field.
Problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.
Have good interpersonal skills, well-organized and detail oriented.
Self-motivated and passionate about technology.
Basic programming skills is required.
Hands-on experiences in Windows platforms including Office 365, Gmail, SME Network knowledge, as well as experiences coordinating projects with vendors or System Integrators.
Immediate availability is preferred.
